What we do
We teach children and youth about food origins and the importance and necessity of innovation in food production. The year-round soaking of crops in an indoor growing system is the common thread. Kitchen gardening and habitat are also covered.
From there we connect with other subjects/domains. We work with the school to create a sustainable and healthy school environment.
