Alfa-college and the Coöperatie Leren voor Morgen are taking the initiative for the third collegial directors' meeting on sustainability in mbo. We will discuss what we encounter in the process of sustainability in mbo in order to stimulate, inspire and support each other.

Program or movement?
Usually changes are tackled through a program; we deliberately choose a movement. Partly based on the philosophy that we frame sustainability as "not adding, but changing."
Questions from Enno to participants:
- How do you view a movement based on tapping into and driving energy versus a formal program?
- Our current way of measuring pinches; we measure based on SDGs but it now looks more like a fill-in-the-blank job for executives. We want to move more towards measuring movement in 2025. Is it growing, are we achieving impact etc. How do you measure results now and how do you measure the actual impact of your sustainable education in the region?
