The school building and the school environment can be used more (than now) to give an abstract concept like sustainability a concrete, tangible meaning for students.
PROGRAM
With participants and speakers, we want to think about how to use the school building and the school environment as a learning tool for sustainability. So that learning can take place not only in the school building but also from the school building.
Through this symposium, Olle Mennema bids farewell to nature and environmental education in the municipality of The Hague after more than 43 years.
Chairman of the day will be Professor Arjen Wals. Also contributing to the program are Hak van Nispen (SME) and Arjan Klopstra (GDO).
