The transition to a sustainable and equitable balance between humans and the rest of the planet also requires a transformation of education. Fortunately, a transition to a more sustainable, empathetic, loving and regenerative approach is underway throughout the education system. As an activist researcher, Bas van den Berg is charting stories of education pioneers who are already connecting their education to major transition tasks such as digitization, circular economy and regenerative agriculture. In the book "Teaching in Transitions," he explores how forward-thinking educators are already putting this into practice in 10 cities across the country. On Oct. 11, at Pakhuis de Zwijger, he presents his book and talks about it with, among others, Claire Boonstra and Kees Klomp.
