As director of operations, I am responsible for the ins and outs of the cooperative. I support the team in achieving the goals. I do this by guiding them in their development, further professionalizing the organization, formulating strategy and annual plans and monitoring their progress and finances. I am also responsible for membership management.
My mission is to help people make their desired impact in their work. That is why I enjoy this role where I facilitate the team and members to make impact. I love contributing to a future-oriented and inclusive education system from this role. I hope that when my little son goes to school soon, he will learn to think and act sustainably as soon as possible!
