Who we are
On our city farms, in our teaching centers and gardens, young and old learn - with heart, head and hands - all about nature, the environment and health. By letting children and adults experience nature, we build their ecological awareness, providing a solid foundation that leads to the understanding that everything is connected in nature, and that we humans are part of it.
What we do
Learning in Green is for (educational) organizations, institutions and companies. There are 17 nature classes, including school gardening. In addition, we offer Guest Lessons, Lesson Boxes/Packages and Discovery Tours and develop customized programs to fit a question or theme. For our regular visitors, our city farms host a variety of activities and events throughout the year.
