Arjen Waltz from Wageningen University and Rosalie Mathie from The Norwegian University of Life Sciences have examples of the Whole School Approach (WSA) from around the world. The WSA a method that helps to realize sustainability in schools, by approaching the aspects of vision, curriculum, didactics, business management and professionalization with a sustainable view. In March 2022 a conference was held about this method, organized by SME, where this research was presented.
This study is an analysis of examples of the WSA in practice. 16 countries contributed to this study. In this first edition, 10 practices were included. The remaining examples will be completed soon.
